As your inner space expands,
you open to new ways of being.
Psychedelic Preparation
By their very nature, psychedelic
journeys are beautifully unpredictable.
You never know what awaits you. And yet there are certain measures you can take that will support navigating this extremely unique experience.

We start our preparation process by doing a deep dive into where you are at this moment in your life. What has shaped you and your experience of the world? What emotions are you comfortable or uncomfortable expressing? What are your worries? Your longings? Where are you feeling stuck? What makes you feel most alive? In short, I encourage you to reflect thoroughly on your life.

We’ll also define your intention. This is important not so much because it's desirable (or even possible!) to control your journey, but is a way of saying, “Hey I’m here. I’m ready for this.” Formatting an intention deepens your commitment to the process and your relationship with the medicine. And while it’s important to have an intention, we’ll also talk about non-attachment to yours, letting go once you’re in the experience and surrendering to what is.

Each medicine is a bit different in nature, both in its energetic imprint and physiological effects. We’ll talk about that.

We’ll also discuss how to physically prepare for your journey, including diet as well as caring for the space you’ll be in.
Again, each journey is singular and it's always a mystery how it will unfold. I'm here to support you in leaning into this unknown.
Psychedelic Integration
Having support as you integrate your journey can significantly enrich and deepen your experience. Typical things we look at are: What does your journey have to do with your life? Does it show you anything about how you could live differently? Be more aligned? How did what happened relate to your intention? How does your experience reverberate emotionally, physically, spiritually, behaviorally? What do your learnings have to do with your community? And much more!
Insight without action is just
psycho-spiritual entertainment, however.
So one thing we do is come up with concrete steps you can take to embody what comes out of our discussions.
Integration is about your psychological process, but also so much more: connection, meaning, your soul path… So rather than just looking at what you want from life, we also look at what life wants from you.
It’s a profound honor for me to accompany you in these questions and more, wherever they take us.
